Refund policy

We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please make sure to record a video while unboxing your purchase, as this is the only proof we can accept for damaged or incorrect items. 

To start a return, you can contact us at Perfumeplace.in@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
1. Deodorants and DeoSticks (Roll Ons)
2. Will not accept return of AfterShave in any Scenario/situation.
3. Scratches or marks on the product.
4. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
5. Wrong Product.
6. Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers.
7. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
8. Damages due to misuse of product.
9. OPENED Tested and SPRAYED.

10. Damages due to misuse of product.Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking

11. Decants/Samples are not eligible for return in original condition once delivered. 


Exchanges 
To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation.


    Refunds

  • If the item requested for replacement is unavailable, we will offer the best possible alternatives. However, the final choice will be at the customer's discretion.
  • If we confirm an order but are unable to ship the product on time, we will issue a full refund if the customer requests it.
  • A 100% refund will be provided if the product is unavailable or if the vendor cannot fulfill the order.
  • For courier deliveries, if the delivery address is outside our service area, we will issue a 100% refund.

Note: Your order will be canceled within 7 days if by any chance we do not have the product that you ordered.
